Infusion Nurse Practitioner (NP)

IVX Health is seeking an NP to provide high-quality, specialized infusion therapy in an outpatient setting at the Mansfield Infusion Center, expected to open in November 2026. The NP will oversee patient care, collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team, and serve as a trusted resource for patients, families, and providers.

Responsibilities

Deliver on-site and virtual supervision while administering infusions and injections; Perform patient assessments, document SOAP notes, and monitor treatment responses; Educate and support patients and families on treatment expectations, side effects, and disease management; Maintain accurate records in EHR, review nursing documentation, and uphold HIPAA and OSHA standards; Assist with chart preparation and treatment planning; Collaborate with referring providers and cross-functional teams; Support operations including inventory management, prior authorizations, and regulatory adherence; Work at multiple facilities within a designated market as needed; Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements

Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner (NP) license and Registered Nurse (RN) license (if required by state); AANP or ANCC board certification; BLS certification; Ability to care for both adults and pediatrics; Strong IV and infusion therapy skills including specialty biologics, medication management, and emergency response protocols; Experience with EHR systems and understanding of HIPAA and regulatory compliance; Exceptional communication and collaboration skills

Nice to have

PALS certification; Background in ambulatory infusion center, outpatient specialty clinic, or similar setting; Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) certification
