Infusion Nurse Practitioner (NP)

IVX Health is seeking an NP to provide high-quality, specialized infusion therapy in an outpatient setting. As a Nurse Practitioner at IVX Health, you’ll be at the forefront of delivering personalized, compassionate care to our patients.

Responsibilities

Deliver on-site and virtual supervision while administering infusions and injections; Perform patient assessments and document SOAP notes and monitor treatment responses; Educate and support patients and families through treatment expectations, side effects, and disease management; Maintain accurate records in EHR, review nursing documentation, and uphold HIPAA and OSHA standards; Assist with chart preparation and treatment planning; Collaborate with referring providers and cross-functional teams; Assist in inventory management, prior authorizations, and regulatory adherence; Work at multiple facilities within a designated market as needed; Take on additional responsibilities as assigned

Requirements

Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner (NP) license and Registered Nurse (RN) license (if required by the state); Board Certification: AANP or ANCC certification required; BLS certification required; Ability to treat both adults and pediatrics; Strong IV and infusion therapy skills with experience in specialty biologics, medication management, and emergency response protocols; Proficiency in clinical documentation with EHR systems and understanding of HIPAA and regulatory compliance; Exceptional communication and collaboration skills

Nice to have

PALS certification preferred; Background in an ambulatory infusion center, outpatient specialty clinic, or similar setting is a plus; Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) preferred
