Responsibilities

Engage with external innovation ecosystem and industry platforms 参与行业创新生态与合作平台; Build collaboration with partners and research institutions 与合作伙伴及科研机构开展合作; Identify market and technology trends 洞察行业技术与市场趋势; Translate insights into strategic inputs for product teams 将洞察转化为产品及战略输入; Support scalable innovation and business opportunities 推动创新成果规模化应用

Requirements

Master’s degree or above in Engineering, Computing Science Electronics, or other related technical fields 硕士及以上学历，电子信息、计算机、自动化、工程类及相关技术专业; 8+ years in innovation, technology strategy, or R&D-related roles 8年以上创新、技术战略或研发相关经验; Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills 良好的分析与战略思考能力; Experience working across internal and external stakeholders 有跨团队及外部合作经验; Strong communication skills (Chinese & English preferred) 良好的沟通能力（中英文优先）; Background in semiconductors, embedded systems, or related technology fields is preferred 具备半导体、嵌入式系统或相关技术领域背景者优先
