Inside Sales Specialist - Brazil

Responsibilities

Develop our client base and execute processes to generate new sales opportunities; Build relationships with our prospects by nurturing and educating them about our product and its value through outbound cold calls, emails, or even social media; Personalize our content according to the prospect; Pass on leads that are sales-qualified to an account executive to close; Understand client needs and requirements and brainstorm together with your team on how to identify key players and generate interest in Insider One’s products; Learn through countless training sessions and from team members and leaders who are top-notch sales professionals

Requirements

Good exposure to the e-commerce space; The ability to multitask and manage time effectively; Excellent oral and written communication skills in Portuguese and English; A strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day; Creativity in researching markets, identifying key players, and generating leads; Flexibility to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, start-up environment; Strong problem-identification and objection-resolution skills
