Inside Sales Specialist - Mexico

Insider One is looking for an Inside Sales Specialist to develop client base, generate new sales opportunities, build relationships with prospects through outbound cold calls, emails, or social media, pass sales-qualified leads to account executives, and learn from top-notch sales professionals.

Responsibilities

Develop our client base and execute processes to generate new sales opportunities; Build relationships with prospects by nurturing and educating them about our product and its value through outbound cold calls, emails, or social media; Personalize content according to the prospect; Pass sales-qualified leads to an account executive to close; Understand client needs and requirements; Brainstorm with team on identifying key players and generating interest in Insider One’s products in targeted industries and segments; Learn through countless training sessions and from team members and leaders

Requirements

Good exposure to the e-commerce space; The ability to multitask and manage time effectively; Advanced Spanish and English; Availability to work in a hybrid mode in Ciudad de Mexico; Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day; Creativity in researching markets, identifying key players, and generating leads; Flexibility to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, start-up environment; Strong problem-identification and objection-resolution skills
