Interior Designer/Interior Architect – Workplace

Our Workplace Studio is growing, and we’re looking for an Interior Designer who’s ready to get hands-on across a range of project types and scales. In this role, you’ll flex your creativity, technical expertise, and strategic planning across workplace environments ranging from neighborhood nonprofits to Fortune 500 companies. It’s a position built for someone who enjoys variety, takes ownership of their work, and wants to be involved in the full arc of a project—from early ideation to built results.

Responsibilities

Collaborating with a team of senior interior designers and architects throughout all phases of project design and production work, including programming client needs, conceptual design, schematic design, design development, construction drawings and detailing; Engage on diverse projects ranging from small to large; Participate in construction administration and review of submittals and finish samples; Communicate effectively with team lead and consultants across offices; Creatively and eloquently presenting design concepts and ideas

Requirements

Bachelor’s or master’s degree of Interior Design or Architecture; 4+ years of Interior Design or Architecture experience; Exceptionally positive and curious attitude; Desire to work creatively within several concurrently tight deadlines; Ability to connect and communicate with a spectrum of personalities; Experience in Revit, SketchUp and Microsoft Office required; Willingness to occasionally travel

Nice to have

Knowledge and aptitude in other design software platforms preferred; CAD; Enscape; Canva
