Intern Sales Operations

Responsibilities

Supporting Sales Operations dpt.; Supporting Customs Clearance & Invoicing processes; Monitoring Transportations procedures; Administrating customs brokers, transportations suppliers and BMW official Dealer Network; Monitoring daily and monthly Reports & KPI’s; Sending Arrival Notices Internally & Externally (Update for possible delays and pick up dates from port); Preparing arrival documents (COC and AG Invoices); Preparing sales Allowances / Bonus payment documents (Sales, AS, MC); Monitoring Distribution Process (Requested – Pending – Delivered); Supporting vehicle’s registrations process; Monitoring vehicle’s statuses and creating tickets when needed; Supporting Customs Clearance Process (Dealer Network update for CC dates); Checking (monthly) PDI – Retail Date – Warranty Date

Requirements

University degree in Business Administration or other relevant field; Analytical skills and results orientation; High organizational skills; Strong process orientation; Fluency in English; Good communication skills (written and verbal); Basic Knowledge of car related topics
