Atrium Health Cleveland Transition Clinic in Shelby, NC. 100% Outpatient. Join current team of 2 Physician’s & 4 APP’s. Office hours Monday-Friday (7am-4:30pm). Call rotation: shared coverage rotated a week at a time; phone only. No Nights/Weekends. Interest in Internal Medicine – seeing patients 18 years old and up. Passion for providing quality patient care in a highly productive clinic setting where collegiality and collaboration are a focus. Experience preferred.
