We’re looking for a motivated and customer-focused Internal Sales team member to join our team in Hindmarsh.

As a key part of the branch team, you’ll play an important role in supporting customers, driving sales and delivering outstanding service every day.

Responsibilities

Delivering friendly, professional and efficient service to customers; Processing customer orders, enquiries and quotations accurately and promptly; Building strong relationships with customers and developing a clear understanding of their needs; Supporting the branch team to achieve sales and service targets; Helping maintain smooth day-to-day branch operations

Requirements

Experience in a customer-facing, internal sales, retail sales or service role; Strong communication and relationship-building skills; A proactive and team-oriented approach; Good attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities; A genuine interest in customer service and sales; Experience in electrical wholesale, trades, industrial, building or construction environments will be highly regarded
