We are looking for a customer-focused Internal Sales Representative to join our team in Hindmarsh.

Working as part of a supportive and experienced branch team, you will manage customer enquiries, prepare quotations, process orders and work closely with suppliers and internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.

You will build strong relationships with customers over the phone, via email and at the trade counter, using your product knowledge and commercial awareness to identify opportunities and provide practical solutions.

You are naturally customer-focused, commercially minded and enjoy finding solutions for people. You may already have internal sales, customer service or trade counter experience, or be looking to build a sales career within the electrical, trade, construction, industrial or wholesale sector.

Responsibilities

Provide prompt, professional and accurate service to customers via phone, email and in person; Delivering friendly, professional and efficient service to customers; Processing customer orders, enquiries and quotations accurately and promptly; Follow up quotations and customer enquiries to support sales growth; Building strong relationships with customers and developing a clear understanding of their needs; Supporting the branch team to achieve sales and service targets; Helping maintain smooth day-to-day branch operations

Requirements

Experience in a customer-facing, internal sales, retail sales or service role; Strong communication and relationship-building skills; A proactive and team-oriented approach; Good attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities; A genuine interest in customer service and sales; Experience in electrical wholesale, trades, industrial, building or construction environments will be highly regarded
