Responsibilities

During your assignment, you will support the global sales distribution management team.; You will help the sales team in all tasks related to administrative activities.; Preparing appointments for meetings, conferences and global events as well as preparing management presentations in alignment with Country Units are part of your tasks.; In addition, you will communicate with customers and employees by e-mail, post or telephone.; Last but not least, you will organize and coordinate a global partner conference and support sales partners with marketing activities.

Requirements

Education: studies in the field of Business Administration, Economics or comparable; Experience and Knowledge: confident use of MS Office; knowledge of human nature; Personality and Working Practice: you are resilient, flexible and able to multi-task; you have a precise and analytical way of working with an eye for detail and excellent work organization as well as good time management skills; Languages: fluent in English and German
