IT Officer

We are currently looking for an IT Officer to join our team of associates at Rosewood London. In this role, you will provide exceptional technical support and oversee the day-to-day IT operations of the hotel, ensuring systems and technology services run efficiently while supporting business needs, including weekends when required.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional technical support and oversee the day-to-day IT operations of the hotel; Be the first line of support for hotel guests and associates with their IT requirements and solve any issues; Ensure hotel associates are informed and trained on all newly implemented systems, changes to policies and procedures are communicated and adhered to; Take a proactive approach in anticipating IT needs of guests and associates to prevent issues and enhance user experience; Ensure availability of all items of stationery and consumables required for computer equipment in the hotel; Oversee Helpdesk operations, ensuring timely responses and resolutions to IT service requests in line with SLA standards; Assist in preparation of any ad-hoc analysis, reports or services as requested by Corporate Office or Senior Hotel Management; Support the Area IT Manager, as and when required, to ensure the Hotel is technologically advanced and efficient

Requirements

The ability to work in a team, build relationships; Knowledge of Windows, macOS, and common office applications (e.g., Microsoft 365); Good understanding of networking fundamentals (e.g., Wi-Fi, LAN, VPN); Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Having a passion for IT Support and taking ownership of the guest experience; Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask; Eligible to live and work in the UK

Nice to have

Previous experience in IT support or a related field is preferred
