Constance Halaveli is a luxurious resort in the Maldives, is seeking a dedicated and professional IVD Host to join our exceptional team. As an In-Villa Dining Host, you will play a crucial role in delivering an unparalleled dining experience to our discerning guests within the comfort and privacy of their villas.

Responsibilities

Provide impeccable in-villa dining service, ensuring the highest standards of customer satisfaction; Take and process guest orders accurately, communicating effectively with the kitchen team; Set up elegant dining arrangements within guest villas, paying meticulous attention to detail; Present and serve food and beverages with grace and professionalism; Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests; Maintain a thorough knowledge of menu items, daily specials, and beverage offerings; Ensure proper handling and presentation of food and beverages; Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards; Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery; Handle guest inquiries and concerns with tact and efficiency; Maintain cleanliness and organisation of work areas

Requirements

Excellent customer service skills with a genuine passion for hospitality; Strong communication abilities in English, additional languages are advantageous; Comprehensive knowledge of food and beverage service techniques; Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to high standards; Physical stamina to work long hours and carry trays and equipment; Basic computer skills for processing orders and maintaining records; 1-2 years of experience in hospitality or food service, luxury resort experience is preferred; Understanding of international cuisines and dietary requirements; Knowledge of luxury hospitality standards and etiquette; High school diploma or equivalent, a degree in hospitality is desirable; Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays; Team-oriented mindset with a positive and professional attitude
