Responsibilities

Shape the technology and business of tomorrow; Rotate through various commercial and technical departments in Germany and worldwide; Support Bosch as a strategic sparring partner abroad; Challenge existing processes, drive change, and achieve meaningful goals; Bring in own ideas and take on responsibility; Learn how a global technology company operates at the intersection of technology and business; Work with interdisciplinary teams at home and abroad; Develop into a modern leader alongside an executive-level mentor

Requirements

Outstanding Master's degree or Diploma with relevant academic priorities; Passion for technical details and creative solutions to complex challenges; Courage to explore new paths and take calculated risks; Understanding of how commercial and technical areas interact within a global enterprise; Human-centric leadership mindset; Strategic thinking and drive to develop processes; Initial high-quality practical experience (e.g., internships); Continuous development and growth mindset; Fluent English at negotiation level; Good German language skills; At least three months of international experience
