Junior Sales Channel Operations Specialist

We are currently seeking a Junior Sales Channel Operations Specialist who will report to the Sales Channel Operations Manager as part of our dynamic Sales Channel Operations team in Padova.

Responsibilities

Support the management of the order to cash flow of the allocated customer portfolio promptly and accurately; Collaborate with Sales and Operations functions driving and coordinating customer portfolio activities towards customer service excellence, revenue targets and optimization; Ensure compliance with business policies; Support management of customers’ portfolio and related lifecycle; Proactive planning and execution of activities and estimations towards revenue targets; Support order flow management from order acquisition to order invoice; Manage delivery flow by liaising with Planning, Logistics and customer; Plan rolling pick&pack effort to facilitate Logistics volumes; Conduct channel/customer portfolio analysis and landing estimation; Assist in identification of missing orders and timely involvement of Sales; Prepare order proposals based on channel/customer/assortment; Perform key sales/customer-related analysis and reporting; Support sales events such as Buying Days/Sales Campaigns; Manage customer master data ensuring accuracy and completeness; Manage backorders and open orders portfolio; Contribute to commercial Returns Management; Act as customers’ first point of contact for order to cash topics; Monitor efficiency of existing processes and propose enhancements; Participate in ad-hoc sales-related activities

Requirements

Business-related degree, or equivalent business experience; Previous experience (1-2 years) in similar role in a B2B customer service environment; Fluent English (minimum C1); Experience with SAP, Excel and PowerPoint; Good business knowledge of order-to-cash flows; Working knowledge of Incoterms and customs rules; Proactivity and teamwork skills; Customer-oriented with a high, demonstrable level of flexibility; Problem-solver capabilities; Trustworthy, clear and open communication

Additional languages; SAP implementation experience; International Sales experience within a B2B environment
