Junior School Principal

m2r Education are working in partnership with a highly prestigious organisation in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, to recruit an outstanding Female Junior Schools Principal for the new academic year starting August 2026. This is an exceptional leadership opportunity overseeing Kindergarten, Lower Primary and Daycare, within a world-class educational environment. The organisation seeks an inspirational leader with a proven track record of driving academic excellence, developing staff and ensuring outstanding outcomes for students. The successful candidate will provide strategic and operational leadership across Kindergarten, Lower Primary and Daycare, working closely with the Senior Leadership Team. You will lead school improvement initiatives, develop high-performing teams, ensure the highest standards of teaching and learning, and promote a culture of excellence, innovation and student wellbeing.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree + PGCE / QTS (online degrees not accepted); NPQSL / CPML or equivalent leadership qualification (essential); Minimum 5 years' successful senior leadership experience within Kindergarten, Lower Primary and/or Daycare; Minimum 5 years' teaching experience in a related field; Strong experience of strategic school improvement, staff development, performance management and safeguarding; Excellent communication, organisational and leadership skills; Female candidates only (girls school in Saudi Arabia); Valid police clearance certificate /DBS and 2 professional references
