Key Account Service Coordinator

Key Account Service Coordinator. Job Type: Full-time. Location: Coatbridge, Scotland depot or Sittingbourne, Kent depot. Job Responsibilities and Duties: Arrange and book machine service appointments via telephone and email; Create customer invoices and provide customer updates on works completed; Control of depot parts stock including allocation to service jobs and customer sales; Allocate work schedules to the service team; Work alongside the sales dept on the preparation of new machines; Submit warranty claims following completion of works. What we expect from you: Ability to provide tailored customer service/upselling to a varied customer base, providing regular communication updates; Strong team player who is willing to support their colleagues with additional tasks when required; Ability to work to own initiative in a fast-paced depot environment whilst maintaining a high attention to detail.
