Responsibilities

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on kitchen and laundry equipment (e.g., ovens, dishwashers, washing machines, dryers, steam presses).; Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues promptly to minimize downtime.; Ensure compliance with safety standards and manufacturer guidelines during repairs.; Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and spare parts inventory.; Coordinate with the Engineering team for scheduled servicing and emergency repairs.; Respond quickly to guest and operational requests related to kitchen and laundry equipment.; Assist in energy-saving initiatives and equipment optimization.

Requirements

Min. 2 years experience in a similar role in a five-star Hotel brand; Strong troubleshooting skills and knowledge of safety procedures.; Able to communicate in English; Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
