Kitchen Leader - John Lewis, Stratford

We are looking for a dynamic, hardworking Kitchen Leader to join the team in John Lewis, Stratford (Westfield), to lead and support the kitchen team on a daily basis.

As Kitchen Leader you will receive the following industry leading benefits

Hours: 30 hours per week (working any 5 days in a 7-day period)

Hourly rate: £15.50 per hour

Responsibilities

Leading the kitchen and back-of-house team to success; Place orders and managing stock effectively; Working closely with the General Manager to support training and development within the team; Ensuring all company procedures, food safety standards and policies and consistently followed; Driving high standards of food quality, cleanliness and operational excellence

Requirements

Previous experience as a Kitchen Leader or Team Leader; Excellent management skills; Team player, leading from the front; Great organisational skills; Key attention to detail; Passion for the Hospitality profession
