Kitchen Utility Attendant / Dishwasher

Upon being hired for this position, you will enter a Probationary status, working up to 40 hours per week. Upon completion of the probationary period, you could become benefit eligible.

Must be available to work all schedules, including nights, weekends and holidays; Ability to understand and follow instructions; Follow a strict sanitation policy; Must maintain Expectations listed below; Successful candidates must be able to obtain and maintain a current Williamsburg James City County Food Handlers Card; Ability to lift, handle and transport up to 100 pounds as necessary; Carrying heavy objects up and down stairs; Bending, stooping, lifting; Working while standing for long periods of time; Working at a fast pace for several hours at a time; Working at heights over 6 feet; Experience working in a commercial kitchen using industrial dishwashing equipment; Must possess a valid Commonwealth of Virginia driver’s license and have an acceptable driving record as measured against Colonial Williamsburg’s criteria.

Nice to have

Prior experience performing heavy cleaning, preferably in a commercial kitchen setting
