The team has a strong track record of success, defending employers in individual and class action employment claims from initial investigations through trial and appellate victories, as well as in arbitration. They are also leaders in noncompete and trade secret litigation, both defending and advancing claims on behalf of their clients. Responsibilities

Provide sophisticated counsel on employment matters, including counseling, investigations, and high-stakes litigation; Work with a diverse client base, ranging from emerging growth companies and investment funds to Fortune 500 public companies; Defend employers in individual and class action employment claims from initial investigations through trial and appellate victories, as well as in arbitration; Handle noncompete and trade secret litigation, both defending and advancing claims on behalf of clients
