Requirements

1-2 years of sales experience; Passion for niche fragrance, art, design and craftsmanship; Service expertise in a luxurious environment: able to provide inspiring, authentic and personalized customer service; Alignment with the values and standards of the brand: downtown lifestyle, craftsmanship, alternative mindset; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Very creative with an eye for detail; Prepared to work flexibly during store hours, including evenings, weekends and during special events; Knowledge of Dutch and English; Extraordinary customer service skills; Excellent product knowledge; Strong retail experience; Drive to share the beauty of our craft

Beauty sector experience (preferred); Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software
