Lead Admin - Windows & Vmware

We are looking for an experienced Infrastructure Engineer to manage and support our virtualized and Windows server environments. You will be responsible for ensuring the stability, performance, and availability of critical infrastructure services across VMware and Windows platforms.

Responsibilities

Manage and troubleshoot VMware vSphere environments (vCenter, ESXi 6.5/7.0/8.0); Perform VM provisioning, migration (vMotion/Storage vMotion), and resource optimization; Handle HA, DRS, and VM snapshot management; Support vDS and performance tuning; Work on ESXi patching, upgrades, and host profile management; Create and maintain automation scripts (PowerCLI preferred); Manage Windows Server OS (2012/2016/2019/2022); Handle DHCP and Hyper-V management; Perform patch management and Windows clustering support; Troubleshoot OS-level issues including performance bottlenecks; Perform backup and restore activities

Requirements

10+ years of experience in VMware and Windows Server administration; Strong hands-on knowledge of vSphere, ESXi, and vCenter; Experience with Windows Server management and clustering; Proficiency in PowerCLI or similar scripting tools; Good communication, documentation, and teamwork abilities; Ability to provide 24x7 support and work from office
