You serve as the "North Star" for architectural excellence, guiding teams to integrate AI as a reliable teammate while optimizing delivery operations.

Responsibilities

Lead the architectural design for high-complexity, strategic enterprise projects and oversee the implementation of the reference in architecture across multiple delivery teams; Perform deep-dive technical audits to assess application technical quality and AI-readiness; Architect multi-agent systems that can collaborate to solve complex business reasoning tasks autonomously; Influence the customer's technical stakeholders on the long-term benefits of an agent-centric application portfolio; Optimize delivery operations by creating and embedding AI, automation, and internal tooling into standard expert-level tasks, standardizing these efficiency gains into reusable delivery playbooks
