Lead Oracle Fusion Cloud Infrastructure Architect

Tier4 Group is partnering with an enterprise organization embarking on a major Oracle Fusion Cloud transformation. We’re seeking a Senior Oracle Fusion Cloud Infrastructure Architect to lead the design, implementation, security, and governance of a new Oracle Fusion environment. This is a true greenfield opportunity where you’ll help establish the architecture, standards, security model, and operational framework for the organization’s Oracle ecosystem. Rather than inheriting an existing environment, you’ll play a key role in building it from the ground up while serving as the organization’s Oracle Fusion subject matter expert.

Responsibilities

Own the Oracle Fusion Cloud technical architecture and OCI strategy; Define and govern DEV, TEST, UAT, and PROD environments; Design Oracle Fusion security, RBAC, SoD, and identity management frameworks; Lead Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and enterprise integration standards; Establish environment refresh, cloning, patching, disaster recovery, and operational processes; Partner with security, infrastructure, business stakeholders, and Oracle implementation teams; Create architecture documentation, governance standards, and best practices; Serve as the Oracle Fusion SME and mentor internal teams

Requirements

Significant hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud architecture; Strong Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) expertise; Experience designing Oracle Fusion security and identity solutions; Enterprise integration architecture experience; Experience supporting or leading Oracle Fusion implementations; Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure principles; Experience with disaster recovery, resiliency, and high-availability design; Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills; Proven ability to lead through influence rather than direct authority

Nice to have

Oracle Fusion Cloud certifications; OCI certifications; Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) experience; Experience with Azure AD, Okta, LDAP, or other IAM platforms; Knowledge of SOX, SOC, NIST, or audit/compliance frameworks; Experience partnering with Oracle consulting or implementation firms; Experience in highly regulated or enterprise environments; Thrives in greenfield environments; Enjoys creating structure from ambiguity; Has successfully designed Oracle Fusion environments; Can balance strategy, architecture, and hands-on execution; Serves as a mentor and trusted advisor; Knows how to ask the right questions and drive the right decisions
