Legora is an AI-native workspace for legal teams. This role is part legal ops, part product specialist, part solutions architect, and part client whisperer. The mission is to help clients, some of the most prestigious law firms in the world, get the absolute most out of the platform.

Responsibilities

Acting as a thought partner to law firm partners, associates, and innovation teams; Working together with Go To Market and Engagement in taking full ownership of firm relationships - from running pilots with key practice areas, to onboarding new associates and partners, and ultimately guiding full-firm adoption across global law firms; Be the voice of law firm users inside Legora - sharing insights from M&A teams, litigation departments, and other practice groups that directly inform product development, roadmap priorities, and strategic direction; Delivering clear, confident product demos and training that bring the power of our platform to life; Documenting best practices from leading firms, contribute to the development of scalable playbooks, and help shape how we grow this function globally; Confidently helping law firms navigate one of the biggest shifts in how legal services are delivered - from evaluating the ROI and competitive advantage of AI to clearly mapping how AI will impact different practice areas

Requirements

Background in law, with experience at a top-tier law firm; Tech-curious and product-savvy; Communicate clearly and confidently with diverse stakeholders; Bring structure to ambiguity and energy to complexity; Understand how to evaluate and improve existing processes; Proactive, self-directed, and comfortable juggling multiple firm relationships; Care deeply about quality; Understand the commercial realities of law firm life

Ideally across multiple practice areas; Exposure to firm-wide initiatives; Legal innovation, knowledge management, or legal tech experience
