Legal Trainee

Responsibilities

Support the internal Legal Department in negotiating and finalizing contracts related to cutting-edge digital services, working closely with the legal teams of Italian, European, and international companies; Report directly to the Legal Department Manager and support them in legal research and the preparation of opinions on civil and commercial law matters; Collaborate with Administration and Sales teams in preparing and reviewing documentation required for participation in public tenders; Support the Procurement team in reviewing supplier agreements and contracts; Contribute to the update and maintenance of framework agreements, general terms and conditions of sale, purchasing agreements, and mandatory compliance documentation; Draft documentation related to both ordinary and extraordinary corporate transactions, including corporate resolutions and meeting minutes; Collaborate with external legal counsel in managing out-of-court settlements and legal disputes

Requirements

Currently enrolled in a Master's Degree in Law and eligible for a curricular internship; Solid knowledge of commercial and corporate law; Strong organizational skills and the ability to effectively prioritize activities while collaborating with multiple business functions; Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite; English proficiency at B2 level or higher
