Library Director

The town of North Andover is searching for its next Director of the Stevens Memorial Library! If you have a proven track record of success as an executive leader, strategic visionary, and fiscal steward of a public library, we want to talk with you! The Director will be responsible for designing and executing a comprehensive plan for library services, programs, and policies to meet evolving community needs; directing all financial operations, including multi-source budget formulation, capital improvement planning, and strategic grant administration; guiding organizational development through strategic recruitment, personnel training, and performance management; and serving as the primary advisor to town officials on library growth, compliance, and service improvements.
