Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker LICSW Lead Therapist

Ellie Mental Health-Foxborough has an opening for a LICSW therapist and supervisor! Our state-of-the-art practice is owned and operated by a local clinical social worker (LICSW). We believe in providing a safe, comfortable and supportive environment for our therapists and offering top quality, accessible and destigmatizing mental healthcare for our clients. As an Outpatient Therapist you'll share our vision for improving and expanding access to quality mental health care.

Responsibilities

Assess mental health functioning, diagnose, create and implement treatment plans and treatment plan reviews, complete ongoing documentation and case notes according to company policy; Lead and provide supervision to pre-licensed therapists; Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our community; Utilize creative and personalized interventions to help clients achieve and exceed their goals; Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session per company guidelines and protocol; Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed; Actively participate in Community Outreach and referral partnership development to help build practice awareness in the community; Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and trainings; Opportunity to supervise other clinicians (for fully licensed therapists)

Requirements

A master’s degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university; Massachusetts clinical licensure (LICSW); Experience with completing assessments, treatment plans and clinical case notes; Effective written and verbal communication skills; Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients; Ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents in a timely manner; Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base; Proficient in the use of Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems
