Licensed Trauma and EMDR Therapist

Ellie Mental Health is a W2 private practice platform built for clinicians who want autonomy, income growth, and ownership without the administrative burden of running their own practice. We are seeking clinicians with experience or strong interest in trauma focused therapy, including EMDR, PTSD, anxiety, complex trauma, grief, attachment work, and related clinical concerns.

Responsibilities

Provide high quality therapy to clients experiencing trauma, PTSD, anxiety, grief, relational stress, or related concerns; Use trauma informed and evidence informed approaches, including EMDR when clinically appropriate; Complete timely documentation and treatment planning; Maintain consistent recurring client schedules when clinically appropriate; Coordinate care with outside providers and supports as needed; Participate in team collaboration and case consultation; Build professional visibility and community relationships

Requirements

Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or related field; Current Michigan license or limited license such as LPC, LMSW, LMFT, LP, LLPC, LLMSW, or LLP; Experience or strong interest in trauma focused therapy including EMDR, PTSD, anxiety, complex trauma, grief, attachment work, and related clinical concerns; Strong documentation and communication skills; Comfort with hybrid work
