Responsibilities

Greet and tour prospective residents.; Promote available units and amenities via online platforms, signage, and outreach.; Explain lease terms, application requirements, and pricing.; Processes and maintains accurate resident files; Works closely with the Property Manager and maintenance team to ensure quality work is completed; Processes re-certifications, renewals, and assists with retention efforts; Understand and communicate lease provisions and community policies to new and current residents.; Assists applicant with the application process; Creates and updates waitlist; Completes any daily, weekly, or monthly reports assigned by Property Manager; Ensuring resident satisfaction through effective communication and proactive issue resolution.; Conduct move-in/move-out inspections with residents

Requirements

Strong understanding of LIHTC regulations, income limits, and compliance rules. - Required; Knowledge of Property Management software: Yardi - Preferred; Bilingual (English-Spanish) - Preferred; Knowledge of affordable housing/government programs; Excellent customer service: someone who can navigate all types of situations; Attention to detail; Understands and complies with state landlord-tenant law, Fair Housing laws and Cal-OSHA; Knowledge of Excel, Word Document, and Outlook; Works well under pressure and maintains a positive friendly attitude; Strong interpersonal skills: ability to communicate effectively with a diversity of individuals at all organizational levels
