Litigation Associate

This is an excellent Miami-based opportunity for a junior to mid-level litigation associate to get their hands dirty with complex class actions, multi-jurisdiction litigation, insurance coverage claims, business torts, government investigations, post-closing and other commercial disputes. This is an opportunity to really advance your experience and practice resolving complex and high-stakes business disputes, with the support of the firm’s ranks including former high-ranking DOJ officials; former officials from SEC, EPA, FCC, FDA and FIC. In recent years, our client has appeared as lead counsel in state and federal courts located in all 50 states, all of the federal Circuit Courts of Appeal, the U.S. Supreme Court, national and international arbitration panels, national and international government agencies, and alternative dispute resolution panels and tribunals. You will work closely with the firm’s top-tier International Arbitration team representing clients on a broad range of litigation and regulatory matters.

Responsibilities

Handle complex class actions, multi-jurisdiction litigation, insurance coverage claims, business torts, government investigations, post-closing and other commercial disputes; Resolve complex and high-stakes business disputes; Work closely with the firm's top-tier International Arbitration team representing clients on a broad range of litigation and regulatory matters

Requirements

Junior to mid-level litigation associate; Experience Level: Mid Level (2-5 years); PQE: 1-3 years, 4-6 years
