LNP Lab Technician

As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects involving the encapsulation and purification of mRNA and genetic payloads, ensuring the highest quality standards throughout the entire process.

Responsibilities

Expertly encapsulate genetic payloads (mRNA, Circular RNA, sgRNA) within lipids; Follow LNP downstream processing SOP to perform LNP purification and concentrating using ultrafiltration, TFF, sterile filtration, and FPLC methods; Perform antibody decorated LNP process and related purification process following SOP guidance; Perform in process QC for LNP size, zeta, PDI, encapsulation efficiency; Conduct quality checks on particle size and zeta potential; Prepare final product for shipment including filtering, aliquot filling, and labeling; Strictly adhere to production S.O.P.s; Maintain comprehensive records in accordance with ISO 9001; Track inventory and order materials as needed; Perform tasks quickly and accurately in high repetition

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Biology, or a related field in Chemistry; Ability to work effectively as part of a small cross-disciplinary team

Nice to have

Prior experience working with mRNA or Lipid Nanoparticles (LNP); Experience with techniques such as PCR, HPLC, or enzymatic reactions; Experience in a fast-paced, high-demand environment; Ability to communicate with peers and managers in a polite and concise manner
