Load Out Technician

The Load Out Technician plays a critical role in supporting logistics operations by remotely coordinating the loading of finished product shipments. This position ensures accurate data entry, seamless documentation, and safe, efficient loading activities—even during system interruptions. Success in this role requires strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset to deliver a smooth, professional experience for truck drivers and logistics partners.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and execute truck loading operations remotely, following established procedures; Deliver exceptional customer service while balancing efficiency, throughput, and timing; Accurately enter truck and shipment data and process documentation manually when systems are unavailable; Perform and document daily inspections, escalating safety, equipment, or process concerns as needed; Assist with troubleshooting operational or equipment issues, involving the appropriate teams when required; Maintain a safe, clean, and well-organized work environment

Requirements

High school diploma or GED required; Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, maintenance guidelines, and procedure manuals; Strong data entry and basic computer skills; Basic math proficiency; Clear written and verbal communication skills; Strong interpersonal skills, including problem-solving, empathy, and a team-oriented mindset

Nice to have

Bilingual in Spanish strongly preferred; Team-oriented, approachable, and works well with others; Takes pride in work, ensuring accuracy and quality; Handles personal and confidential information with discretion and integrity
