Responsibilities

Participates in care planning process and updates for change in condition.; Completes MAR & treatment record, assuring drug monitoring indicators are identified.; Assures required lab values are obtained for drug monitoring as recommended by RX.; Obtains physicians' orders on new residents and completes physicians' order sheet and assessments; Makes daily rounds to be aware of residents' condisions and enviroment.; Informs primary care physician of significant changes.

Requirements

Minimum of one year experience in medical/surgical, rehab, or geriatrics nursing, or significant medical/surgical clinical experience during schooling is preferred.; Current Maryland LPN License; Current CPR Certification
