Responsibilities

Expertly handle and transport guest luggage with the utmost care and efficiency, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to guest rooms and storage areas; Proactively assist guests with their luggage during check-in, check-out, and at any other required moment; Maintain the luggage storage area to the highest standards of cleanliness, organisation, and security; Manage guest requests with accuracy and care, ensuring timely follow-ups and swift resolutions; Collaborate seamlessly with colleagues across all departments, communicating clearly and proactively
