Mail Order Supervisor - Menomonee Falls

Plan, implement, and evaluate clinical pharmacy programs. Provide direct pharmaceutical care, supervise pharmacy team members, collaborate with healthcare professionals, ensure regulatory compliance, educate staff, and participate in continuous quality improvement. Responsibilities

Plan, implement, and evaluate clinical pharmacy programs; Provide direct pharmaceutical care to patients, including medication therapy management and patient counseling; Supervise pharmacy team members; Coordinate schedules and workflows for the team; Provide daily direction to the team; Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans and protocols; Ensure compliance with DEA, FDA, and state pharmacy board regulations; Educate and train pharmacy staff, residents, and students; Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives

Requirements

Pharmacist license issued by the state in which the team member practices; Market-specific medication administration certification; Immunization certification; BLS certification through an entity approved by Advocate Health; Non-vaccine injectable certification approved by ACPE or the WI pharmacy examining board; Bachelor's or Doctorate Degree in Pharmacy from an accredited school; 2 years of work-related experience in pharmacy practice; Advanced level knowledge and strategic direction of pharmaceutical services; Exceptional interpersonal and team-building skills; Strong decision-making and critical thinking skills; Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite or similar products; Strong aptitude in human resource management; Ability to handle multiple demands simultaneously and effectively; Requires considerable walking and standing; Pushing medication carts; Lifting materials up to 20 pounds; Ability to use appropriate personal protective equipment; Ability to perform manipulative skills such as writing, typing, and data entry; Good manual finger dexterity; Ability to hear normal sounds with moderate background noise; Ability to read small type; Ability to speak and be understood by others; Ability to travel and be exposed to weather and road conditions; Ability to sit, stand, and walk for prolonged periods
