Maintenance Electrician at Marmon Utility LLC in Seymour, CT. Working Shift: Mon-Fri 11:00pm-7:00am; Training Shift: Mon-Fri 7:00am-3:00pm. Full-time, onsite. At Marmon Utility, we Power for Life. Responsibilities

Adhere to all company safety standards to ensure personal and team safety; Maintain equipment and work areas in a clean and orderly fashion; Demonstrate professionalism, punctuality, and dependability; Identify, address, and report potential issues to minimize downtime; Perform effective first-time repairs; Attend team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives; Be available for overtime as needed for urgent repairs and project.

Requirements

High School Diploma required; Experience with Industrial Electronics & Controls; Strong electrical aptitude; Ability to read voltmeters and other precision tools; Knowledge of Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures; Ability to read and follow written instructions; Strong communication skills; Troubleshooting capabilities; Attention to detail; Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics; Basic computer literacy; Team-oriented mindset
