Manager In Training (bilingual)

Responsibilities

Work directly with customers to understand their needs and guide them through financial solutions; Handle both inbound and outbound conversations; Ask follow-up questions and help customers make decisions, including conversations about money; Make outbound calls; Stay engaged in conversations that may feel uncomfortable at times

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent; Must be able to work 40 hours per week, including Saturdays; Satisfactory completion of pre-employment screenings; Reliable form of personal transportation and valid Driver's License; Fluent in English and Spanish

Nice to have

Customer service, sales, or collections experience; Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone and in person; Strong communication skills; Ability to learn quickly and adapt
