As a Manager Programmatic (Mensch), you will be responsible for both the further development of programmatic activities and their operational implementation for our clients.

Responsibilities

Further development of programmatic activities and operational implementation for clients; Regular analysis of campaign results and derivation of optimization measures; Monitoring ongoing campaigns within DSPs and ensuring properly configured and continuously optimized setups; Contribution to the selection of target audiences, technologies, and inventory for programmatic buying; Optimization of programmatic media buying with focus on relevant KPIs to reliably achieve agreed performance targets; Close collaboration with specialist teams and external partners in an international environment

Requirements

University degree with a focus on Marketing, Media Studies, or a comparable education; More than 1-2 years of professional experience in online marketing; Practical experience with the digital media landscape (DSPs, Data, Inventories, Ad- & Audience-Verification technologies); Curiosity and eagerness to learn and stay up to date in the programmatic field; Strong organizational skills in Excel and PowerPoint; Confident communication in both German and English; Teamplayer; Communicative; Solution-oriented
