Managing Consultant – Business Analyst (Operations & Change)

We are seeking experienced Managing Consultants to support one of our investment bank clients with a strategic program focused on strengthening operational controls, improving margin call and payment accuracy, and embedding sustainable process improvements.

We are seeking strong Business Analysts with a proven background in Banking Operations and Change Management , capable of:

- Conducting current-state process assessments and process mapping

- Designing target-state operating models and process flows

- Documenting business processes, controls, and requirements to a high standard

- Driving process improvement and control enhancement initiatives

- Managing stakeholders across Operations, Change, and Business teams

Candidates should bring solid operations experience, a strong understanding of controls and process discipline, and excellent stakeholder management skills. Margin operations experience is advantageous but not essential.

Requirements

Key Requirements:; 5-10 years of relevant experience within Financial Services Operations, ideally Investment Banking; Strong Business Analysis and process mapping expertise; Experience delivering change and process improvement initiatives; Understanding of operational controls, risk, and governance; Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; Exposure to project management is beneficial but not a primary requirement; Expectations Regarding Hybrid Working:; Salary Range: $100,000-$125,000 (dependent on experience); How We Work:; As the selection and interview process is ongoing, please submit your application in English as soon as possible.
