Requirements

Experience at a similar level as a Managing Director or COO in a premium hospitality or retail space; Demonstrable success in negotiating site acquisitions and working with landlords, external bodies and agents; Experience of, and desire to work in a non-hierarchical environment; Rounded commercial business leader; Forward thinking Managing Director who is pro-active and motivated by identifying and maximizing opportunities; Authentic with integrity; Highly collaborative leadership style; Genuine passion for a people first culture; Encourages ownership, develops high performing teams who value every person; Able to develop a bold and brave strategy; Customer focused and keen to understand and exceed customer expectations; Pacey, commercial and decisive; Strong understanding of the bakery & coffee shop market
