What You’ll Do

You’ll be the final checkpoint before our products hit the field — testing, troubleshooting, and making sure everything performs to perfection.

Responsibilities

Set up and run functional tests on precision bellows, assemblies, and finished parts; Read technical drawings and work instructions like a pro; Use mechanical tools and test equipment to ensure parts meet specifications; Identify and work to correct issues; Keep quality and productivity at the forefront of everything; Use basic computer systems for data entry and job tracking; Support your team — train others, share knowledge, and raise the bar

Requirements

Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on problem-solving skills; Ability to read and interpret technical drawings/prints; Comfortable following written work instructions and procedures; High level of attention to detail and commitment to quality; Working knowledge of hydraulic systems, including hoses, valves, and regulators; Comfortable working with high-pressure systems (6,000+ PSI); Ability to accurately read and interpret analog pressure gauges; A high school diploma or GED; Experience working in a manufacturing environment
