Marie Curie Registered Nurses Intermediate Care Beds Edinburgh Hospice

We are currently recruiting several Registered Nurses to join our team at Marie Curie Hospice Edinburgh, with exciting fixed-term opportunities until August 2027. Marie Curie provides specialist palliative and end-of-life care in Edinburgh, supporting people and their families when they need us most. Our existing inpatient service includes intermediate palliative care beds providing 24/7 care for people at the end of their life. We're looking for compassionate, adaptable and dedicated Registered Nurses to join us and help deliver high-quality, holistic and person-centred care.

Responsibilities

Help deliver high-quality, holistic and person-centred care; Work in a unit within a multidisciplinary team, providing holistic support and care; Collaborate closely with NHS Lothian, Edinburgh HSCP, and other care providers

Requirements

Demonstrated understanding and experience in palliative and end of life care; A Registered Nurse with current NMC registration; A holistic and person-centred approach to nursing practice; Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage sensitively and effectively with patients, families, and colleagues; A genuine passion for delivering high-quality care to those at the end of life; Compassionate, adaptable and dedicated
