Responsibilities

Design best line configuration for products, leading line configuration for yearly CT target achievement.; Leading line balance activity (high runner change, machine parameter optimization in daily production) through AI solutions.; Focus on high performance line stable output, by timely visualizing performance loss through AI solutions.; Work loading analysis and standard HC reduction for direct productivity improvement.; Standardized work (PQI and Stab) and continuous improvement.; QCO time reduction and standard documentation.; BP and 1A routing related work.; HC and OT planning.; Attandance management.; Digital transformation project for data visualization, process simplification and efficiency improvement.

Requirements

Bachelor degree; 1~2 years of IE work experience; IE knowledge, Project management, CoSo Product Management, PBI, Python
