Job Overview
We are looking for a skilled Mechanical Engineer with experience in Solar PV projects , responsible for the design and execution of mounting structures, tracker systems, and mechanical installations. The role requires coordination with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and high-quality project delivery.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities; Design and development of module mounting structures (MMS) for solar PV plants; Engineering and optimization of tracker systems (fixed tilt / single-axis trackers); Supervision of mechanical installation activities at site; Conduct structural analysis and load calculations (wind load, dead load, etc.); Selection of appropriate materials and components based on project requirements; Ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and safety guidelines; Coordinate with civil, electrical, and project teams for smooth execution; Support procurement team with technical specifications and vendor evaluation; Technical Requirements; Experience in solar mounting structures and tracker systems; Strong understanding of:; Structural design principles; Material selection and durability; Thermal expansion considerations; Knowledge of site installation practices and supervision; Software Skills; SolidWorks; AutoCAD; PVsyst (basic knowledge preferred); Certifications (Preferred); Certified Mechanical Engineer or equivalent professional certification; Soft Skills; Strong communication and coordination abilities; Problem-solving and analytical thinking
