Media Planning Senior Associate

Responsibilities

Develop and follow best practices and procedures/process for media planning & operations; Set viable objectives and KPIs, and recommend/develop measurement methodology against all briefs; Ensure projects/campaigns are tracked and measured based on agreed KPIs and media efficiencies; Provide guidance to the team on planning, operations, and optimization of media campaigns; Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure the campaign's smooth implementation; Update the team and clients on new trends and changes in the media landscape (e.g. new media vendors, new ad formats, etc.)

Requirements

Native or fluent in Mandarin Chinese; Fluency in English is a must; Around 4-5 years of experience in media agency; Leadership track record, guiding a small team; Experience working with multiple stakeholders, e.g. suppliers, advertising/marketing agencies, media owners and internal specialist resources; Competent in media planning and buying across all platforms with a good understanding and working knowledge of digital media; Shows a depth of understanding of the industry, business, brands and consumers in client conversations; Possess strong thought leadership and ability to tell a compelling digital story; Positive team spirit with the willingness to go the extra mile and passion for thinking outside the box
