Responsibilities

Manage and organize seasonal product samples for use by the creative and visual merchandising teams; Track sample arrivals, maintain accurate records, and communicate any delays or issues to the appropriate teams; Assemble and maintain sample racks and closets to ensure accessibility and organization; Support studio set preparation and maintain overall studio cleanliness and efficiency; Assist with seasonal projects and coordinate sample donations in collaboration with the visual merchandising team; Prioritize and manage tasks to meet deadlines and support team goals; Support with photographing the studio.

Requirements

Strong organizational and planning skills with a proactive, detail-oriented mindset; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Proficiency in Excel, email, and the ability to quickly learn new systems; Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment; Strong sense of accountability and attention to detail, especially regarding data accuracy.

Nice to have

1–2 years of experience in retail, studio, or sample management.
