As a Merchandising Associate , you will support merchandise flow and presentation to ensure the sales floor is well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing. You play a key role in maintaining efficient back-of-house operations and contributing to a seamless customer experience.

Responsibilities

Support an exceptional shopping experience by ensuring product is organized, accessible, and visually aligned with brand standards.; Process merchandise deliveries , including receiving, sorting, transferring, and preparing product for the sales floor according to company procedures.; Assist with visual presentation , including floor moves, product placement, signage, and housekeeping duties.; Execute visual setup and changes as directed to maintain a cohesive and appealing store environment.; Demonstrate product knowledge , visual presentation awareness, and an understanding of merchandise flow and sell-through.; Deliver exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries promptly and sharing feedback that helps enhance the overall shopping experience.

Requirements

+6 months of experience in merchandise processing, retail, sales, or customer service is preferred.; Strong organizational and multitasking skills to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.; High attention to detail, with the ability to follow procedures and maintain consistent standards.; Passion for fashion: good sense of style and solid knowledge of fashion trends.; Proficient in POS, ERP, ATS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.; Flexible availability, able to work evenings, weekends and holidays.; Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 40 lbs (18 kg), and use a step ladder reaching up to 3 m (10 feet).
