Tandem Health is reimagining healthcare by putting clinicians first. Its platform is designed by clinicians, for clinicians. The role involves owning the company's mobile apps (iOS and Android), which are newly launched and currently built around a web view, and shaping their move towards native over time. The role is based primarily at the Epicenter HQ office in Stockholm. Tandem uses a continuous selection process and asks candidates to apply with a CV in English. The interview process consists of 5 stages: screening interview with Talent Acquisition, technical interviews with the Engineering team, follow-up interview with a Team Lead, and a home or live case and presentation at the office. Tandem handles sensitive patient data and will conduct a background check before hiring any candidate.
